Amazon Saint-Hubert YUL-5

At Amazon’s request, an existing 208,475-sq.ft. industrial building on Route de L’Aéroport in St-Hubert Québec was leased by Amazon, repurposed by Broccolini, and delivered to Amazon in October 2020. Construction work officially began in August 2020 for Phases 1 and 2. Both phases were completed in less than 10 weeks. This included 3 weeks of demolition and the removal of 151,000 sq.ft. of 30’-high storage racking prior to the start of reconstruction. The building underwent extensive interior improvements and some minor exterior improvements in order to meet the tenant’s standards. This included the addition of a new sorting and processing area, brand new offices, associate areas, and a temporary exterior guard house in the trucker’s yard. Broccolini is very proud to have once again partnered with Amazon on this project as the General Contractor.
